    Hey there! Is there any particular reason that you're running version 102? That version is far out of date now, so you're a bit behind on security fixes and updates. As far as the actual error, it is likely due to permissions on the directories. You'd want to check both /home/username and /home/username/public_html to see where the issue lies. For reference, /home/username should be 711 with username:username ownership, and public_html is typically 755, also with username:username ownership. With fileprotect enabled, the public_html directory would be 750 with username:nobody ownership.

    Thanks for your response. The only reason for running 102 is that it was the LTS and we like to stay on that version for stability. I had been waiting for the next LTS and didn't think it had been released yet but I can see that it is now 110. Regarding the permissions, I confirmed that they are 711 for /home/username and 755 for /home/username/public_html. However, the usernames listed in the errors above have nobody:nobody ownership for some reason.

    That's likely the issue - change that ownership and see if you run into the same issue.
