    Hey there! This error is from the AutoSSL check, but I'm not sure how it would be related to creating new domains on the system. Can you get me more details about exactly what is happening on the machine? If you could also provide me with the ticket number I can check that for you.

    Hey cPRex ! thanks for reply, I mean, when i create a domain, and i want to do something usefull with this, i can't because no ssl certificate is corrected instaled. And, when i want to install via autossl, errors and errors hit me !!! Why autossl can't install a certificate ??? what i am doing wrong ?

    It seems there was an issue with the IP address of the domain on the server that was resolved in the ticket. When you receive these types of AutoSSL issues, it is always related to DNS as the AutoSSL tools can't reach the site to perform the necessary security checks to issue a certificate.
