Cpanel Installation Error.

I am trying to install cpanel and whm on AlmaLinux 9 64bit and after running cd /home && curl -o latest -L

  Check to see if you have any firewalls that might be limiting outbound connectivity.

  You could even try a simple: ping securedownloads.cpanel.net
  from the server to see if you can reach that domain at all. If not, it's time to move on to network troubleshooting.

  I uninstall the AlmaLinux and install Rocky Linux 8 64bit . And that solve the problem.
