    Hey there! If it's multiple clients and locations, it has to be *something* on the server side or network. From one of the machines experiencing the issue, can you do a telnet test to one of the mail ports on the system? I would expect all of these commands to work well and provide a connection result: telnet x.x.x.x 465 telnet x.x.x.x 143 where "x.x.x.x" is the IP address of your server. Since the mail service listens on all IPs, this test wouldn't be specific to a domain.

    Hi, Thanks for the reply. Looks like somethings wrong there. Getting an "Connection closed by foreign host" error. All ports are open for telnet.
