PHP-FPM causing slow loading webmail
I have been experiencing slowness in my webmail. Doing some research here on the cPanel forum, I found two articles that "solved" my problem. They are the following:
In this case, on my server, the cause of this slowdown is PHP-FPM. I even had to uninstall the WP Toolkit so that it stopped restarting the service (even though I had disabled it in the Service Manager).
My question is: is there any solution for this? I don't think I need the PHP-FPM service for anything currently, but what if I do? What will I need to do? What if a customer needs the WP Toolkit? I have to enable PHP-FPM and the slowness in Webmail occurs again. Is there any permanent solution for this?

Hey there! If you're seeing a situation where the only solution is disabling PHP-FPM on the system, it might be best to submit a ticket to our team so we can check it out. There could be underlying issues with the system that is causing a resource usage problem, but no matter what we'd like to try and find a root cause to see if we could improve the PHP-FPM system. 0 -
Where can I open this ticket? My cPanel license is purchased through a partner, can I open the ticket anyway? 0 -
If your license is purchased through a Partner it is best to contact them first for support. 0 -
Alright then, first I'm going to communicate with LicensePal. We can close this topic. 0 -
