    Hey there! Setting up port 26 only works for *inbound* connections by mail clients to your server, to help when their local network blocks port 25. It won't help when your provider is blocking port 25 as that is still where the email traffic happens. You'll want to speak with your provider to see if they can unblock that port, or use a third-party smarthost option as outlined here:
