Sent email land in queue, able to receive but not send emails.
Hi,
We've recently bought a cPanel license for 30 accounts and are setting up webmail for some of our clients, but we ran into an issue.
All email that we send from the clients webmail info@example.com, stays in the mail queue manager queue.
I've tried setting up all the necessary DNS configurations and also configured exim to run on port 26, because of sender@example.com

What else should i provide? let me know how to share dns configuration safely if needed.
Is anybody willing to help?

Koen

Hey there! Setting up port 26 only works for *inbound* connections by mail clients to your server, to help when their local network blocks port 25. It won't help when your provider is blocking port 25 as that is still where the email traffic happens. You'll want to speak with your provider to see if they can unblock that port, or use a third-party smarthost option as outlined here: 0 -
