After migration to AlmaLinux WordPress cURL error 77
WordPress has been running fine on a a site for years. All that changed was Elevate from CentOS to AlmaLinux. Now WordPress is giving cURL error 77. I checked EasyApache and CURL is there, it was too I didn't have to put it back.
Plugin updates all give the same error:
Download failed. cURL error 77:
I guess cURL fubar because can't even reached WordPress.org:
Here is where in EasyApache where I went looking for "is it there?":
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hey there! As a test, can you run this command on the system? curl google.com
You should get 6 lines of output showing a redirect.0 -
Hi cPRex, ``` # curl google.com 301 Moved 301 Moved
The document has moved Google">here. ``` cURL works. I'm thinking of logging a ticket.0 -
I'd submit a ticket on this one for sure - let me know the number once you've done that! 0 -

Thanks for that - I'm following along with that ticket now. 0 -
I see we were able to reinstall the ca-certificates-2022.2.54-80.2.el8_6.noarch package and now things are working well! 0 -

Yes!! Thanks so much to you and your team for the perseverance. I have this one theory that AlmaLinux Elevate doesn't upgrade the CA certificate roots properly. I have one other complex elevate upgrade coming up and will repost here if that's the case. Thanks again @cPRex & team.0 -
You're very welcome!!! 0
