New domain only shows Default Webpage
Normally I can just go to "Create A New Domain" in the Domains page of cPanel and it adds it with no problem, providing that the domain is pointing to the correct nameservers.
I have two new domains I added as usual, they appear to have added successfully, and the AutoSSL was created successfully according to cPanel (green lock icon on all). However, when I visit the URLs in a browser, I still get the default "Sorry!" cPanel webpage.
I have scoured this forum for other threads and checked and tried everything I could find.
I have done a service httpd restart, I rebuilt apache configs, rebuilt nginx configs, restarted DNS.
I checked the httpd.conf
The domains show on any computer or device, even with VPNs and incognito windows.
The IP address when pinging via Terminal is correct.
I tried uninstalling the certificates and reinstalling. Tried removing the domains and adding a second time.
The index.html files are in the correct folders.
The Document Root is correct for both.
I have no idea what else to do. Any ideas?
The domains are *redacted*

Neither site is loading a proper SSL for me. If you force SSL and there is no cert, the sites will not show properly (you'll get the default/first web site in the config). 0 -
They resolve to *redacted* for me. 0 -
Yep, that's is the correct IP. 0 -
Please remember not to share any domain or IP info in the Forums for security reasons. That being said, it looks like the issue has resolved itself as both of the domains are working well when I checked them just now. 0 -
Yes, I ended up making a ticket here and the problem was resolved. The issue was NGINX wasn't pulling the SSL. They uninstalled NGINX and resintalled it and it was fixed. 0
