Hello! If you can provide me with a bounceback error you're receiving when sending or receiving mail I would be happy to review it in order to point you in the right direction.

The error I get when sending an email is as follows: 554 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: undeliverable address: host mail-outgoing.relay-fef.svc.cluster.local[10.27.8.68] said: 554 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table (in reply to RCPT TO command) Final-Recipient: rfc822; name@mydomain.com Action: failed Status: 5.1.1 Remote-MTA: dns; eforward1.registrar-servers.com. (162.255.118.51, the server for the domain mydomain.com.) Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 554 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: undeliverable address: host mail-outgoing.relay-fef.svc.cluster.local[10.27.8.68] said: 554 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table (in reply to RCPT TO command) Last-Attempt-Date: Fri, 14 Jul 2023 17:23:00 -0700 (PDT) I would appreciate your response.

There can be many different causes of that delivery error. Generally, the "User unknown in virtual alias table" error means the recipient address does not exist in the destination server. This could mean that the MX records are misconfigured for the recipient domain, but there could also be other reasons. If you need further assistance, I suggest opening a ticket so we can look closer.
