roundcube webmail using almalinux v8 won't work

I upgraded from centros to almalinux 8 (well just installed the new OS and installed cpanel and restored the accounts in cpanel. Anyway once done roundcude will not load it just goes to a blank page. Any idea why and how to fix. roundcube still works on my other servers still using centros. Thanks Charles

  Hey there! I'm not aware of any specific issues with AlmaLinux 8 and Roundcube, as that is one of those things that should just work. Do you see anything helpful in the main cPanel log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when accessing the page?

  The only thing I saw was this [16-Jun-2023 12:19:24 -0500]: PHP Error: Request security check failed (POST /cpsess8343732314/3rdparty/roundcube/index.php?_task=mail&_action=refresh)

  I would try running "/scripts/upcp --force" to see if that fixes the issue. If not, you can always submit a ticket to our team to have us take a look!

  I see we were able to run "/usr/local/cpanel/bin/update-roundcube-sqlite-db" and now things are loading properly.
