Error to update centOS 7.9 to almalinux from WHM-cpanel elevate

Hello, I am trying to update my centOS to Almalinux from WHM, but when I get to step 9 I get an error: In step 9: I get the following error: I have no idea how to fix this error Any idea what could be going on?
