    Thanks for replying. I do know about that, but I have a group of 400 email addresses that I'd have to go through one by one to change that. What I'm hoping is that there's some way to change it globally for the entire domain. Some text file I can edit? Thanks! Beth

    We do have API calls that would help automate this process a bit, although you'd need to create a script or loop to use them on all the accounts at once:

    I have another quick question. If I edit auto_responder.html.tt, will it be overwritten by subsequent cpanel updates? I've changed it so the default value is 24. I want to change it so that 0 isn't an option. I'll have a backup copy to restore if it's overwritten, but I'm wondering if that will happen? Or, is there a place to save customizations for files in /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/jupiter/mail? Thanks, Beth

    Yes, that file would get overwritten with future cPanel updates.
