Hey there! Inside cPanel you should have the "Email Accounts" option so you can create additional addresses. If you don't see that option, you'll have to contact your host to have them enable that for you, but once that is there you can create email accounts. 0 -

Oh wow I see somone removed my domain name from the title of this post and in my post. I honestly didnt think it would be a security issue i'm sorry :( lesson learned lol. I'm a newb lol. Oh so I do need to create a user account in WHM first then I can use cPanel correct? Thought I could do it in WHM. Was trying to avoid creating account cause with the solo trial its limited to one extra account I think. Btw tomorrow the 1st I will be getting cPanel License with the dedicated server im getting from the place I got my domain from which is Namecheap,,will it conflict with the trial im on right now? I think my trial might be expired now though.0 -
We just try and keep any public info off the forums - partly for GDPR, and partly to keep bots from scanning for info. Since you have WHM access to the server you would need to use the Create a New Account tool to create a cPanel account. Once you have done that, you can use the List Accounts function to access that cPanel account, and then you can create all the email accounts you want. WHM is for global server management - cPanel is for things related to just that one account. You can always check the status of a license at cPanel & WHM License Verification | cPanel, L.L.C.. Since the license will be purchased through Namecheap, they'd be able to help if there are any conflicts. 0 -

I was so hopeing to use my domain name.

Maybe good to mention that even though you can have only one cPanel account when you have Solo license, you can add domains to that account. Domains are not limited. 0 -

True but if I need to get another Domain Name that would be more money I would have to pay. Granted the domain name I have now is like 15 a year but it adds up :( i'm on limited funds :( Debaiting if I still want to get a dedicated server from my domain provider, its like $147 a month not sure if its gonna be worth it lol. I am no bussiness I just wanted to have a email server and a web server. everybody kept telling me to get a hosting plan to do this but at $147 a month lol.0 -
I'm still not sure why creating an email account under the same domain wouldn't work. Can you post a screenshot showing the exact error on your page, along with the text you're entering? 0 -
