  Hey there! It sounds like you're on a Shared hosting environment. Have you ensured that the host has installed both the CCS and Z-push plugin on the machine? More details on that can be found here:

  I got told "Those plugins are installed on the cPanel server but Z-Push based ActiveSync tends to be iffy even when it works. Its recommended to use IMAP based polling." :confused:

  Well that's not helpful. If the system isn't working properly, the provider would be able to submit a ticket to us directly to get those working. It sounds like they just aren't interested in looking into the issue on their end.
