Which issue you are seeing in website while accessing. To long to respond?0 -
We need much more information to be able to help with this, as it would be odd for a "yum update" to take down websites. It would be good to know the exact error the sites are showing in the browser, and also what shows up in the main Apache log at /etc/apache2/logs/error_log when you reproduce the error. 0 -
I have the same issue but not with the yum update part, it happens to some of my domains, som hours ago it can be accessed but now it says too long to respond. in /etc/apache2/logs/error_log didnt show any error from those domain, i checked the php-fpm error log, still nothing, changing the php version, still same. My current license is 100 but the used account is 100+. 0 -

@ridwansoursop - "can't be accessed" isn't a very specific error message. We would need to know the exact error in order to help provide you with some ideas that you could check on the system. When things aren't working well with Apache, checking the logs like you did is a good first step, but you can also check "apachectl status" to see if the scoreboard is full. If the server is overloaded, it's always possible that log files aren't properly being written to. 0
