  The problem could be due to certain files being missing from the server. To address this, you can run the following script: scripts/check_cpanel_rpms

  This notification is from the automated restart service on the machine. Surprisingly, one of the most common reasons this happens is because the notification comes from an old server that has been decommissioned. Can you confirm this is coming from an active server? If that isn't the issue, can you confirm that there are no mail cleaning tools setup in cron? For example, I have seen /etc/cron.hourly/mccleanqueue cause similar issues in the past.
