WHM Mail Delivery Reports not functional for almost 2 months

    Hey there! I'm not aware of a widepsread issue with any mail delivery reports. There are already two releases after 110, so they should have been able to provide better information. Do you have the ticket number your host created with us? It would start with "95xxxxx"

    I have been trying to work with the host regarding this for about 2 months - to no avail. Should not cPanel be interested whether his partners provide cPanel solutions in working conditions?

    Absolutely, but I wouldn't be able to share those details with you directly due to privacy reasons. The best thing to do would be to contact cs@cpanel.net directly. That will create a ticket with our Customer Service team, and then we can get those concerns forwarded to a support manager.
