WHM Mail Delivery Reports not functional for almost 2 months
I have a reseller hosting provided by one of cPanel partners. Since July 3, I cannot use WHM Mail Delivery Reports - I always get no results. I have submitted a ticket regarding this by my provider, but received only vague replies, e.g. "We are working on this issue with cpanel support." The last reply was that "Its version related issue and will be fixed in next release".
Is there a cPanel employee/insider who could comment on this? The current cPanel version I have installed by my provider is 110.0.9.

Hey there! I'm not aware of a widepsread issue with any mail delivery reports. There are already two releases after 110, so they should have been able to provide better information. Do you have the ticket number your host created with us? It would start with "95xxxxx" 0 -

Absolutely, but I wouldn't be able to share those details with you directly due to privacy reasons. The best thing to do would be to contact cs@cpanel.net directly. That will create a ticket with our Customer Service team, and then we can get those concerns forwarded to a support manager. 0 -
