Custom profiles are stored in: /etc/cpanel/ea4/profiles/custom/

Do I simply: sudo rm -rf /etc/cpanel/ea4/profiles/custom/* ?

Yes, but I would check to make sure you do not have any custom profiles you wanted to keep beforehand.

I don't. The only profile I want to keep is the current one (the "Currently Installed Packages" one that the very top). Will I lose the current one if I rm everything in that dir?

I'm not aware of a situation where there would be auto-generated profiles. Everything in the "custom" directory can be removed safely as that is not where the current profile is stored.

It's kind of crazy, it auto-generated one profile per day for months... I don't want any of them in my WHM interface as they're very outdated and it takes a while to load when I hit EasyApache in WHM because it needs to read all of those. So, cPRex, do you confirm that I should do: sudo rm -rf /etc/cpanel/ea4/profiles/custom/*.json If so, then what's this? (see attached)

Yes, that command will work. Just move that one up a directory and put it back when you're done and that will keep it in place. It might be worth a ticket to see *why* these are autogenerating though, as we certainly don't intend for that behavior to happen.

They are not auto-generated anymore. I must not have been clear in the top post but those are all from last year. Your suggestion (both of you) worked. It's back to normal with only suggested profiles that make sense in EasyApache. Thanks, we can close this.

Ah, that's cool then. I feel like I remember there being an issue where profiles were automatically generated, but I must be going crazy since neither myself nor any teammates could find such a case in our system.
