Hey there! That error isn't very helpful, is it? I'd recommend checking your SPF and DKIM records to ensure those exist. If they are, I'd reach out to Spectrum directly to see if they can provide more details, as they are the ones blocking the message.

Hey! Thanks for the response. Confirmed SPF and DKIM records are setup properly. The error message says AUP#1160, which says " The email you tried to send goes against your domain"s security policies. Please contact the email administrators of your domain.". Would there be any security policies on cPanel that would cause the emails to get bounced due to how it is configured when sending out emails from cPanel? If there isn't anything regarding security policies on cPanel that'll affect the emails being sent out....can reach out to Spectrum.

How did you confirm that DKIM / SPF are set up properly? Did you just look in your cPanel interface? Did you use online tools? A good way to test is to send from that account on CPanel to a Gmail address that you can check. Gmail is very good about prominantly displaying what checks passed/failed on an incoming message if you look at the incoming message sent from the server to Gmail by clicking on the incoming message in Gmail, then clicking on the three vertical dots on the right, and then selecting "Show Original". You'll know if Gmail sees an SPF, DKIM and/or DMARC record, and whether the message passes SPF / DKIM / DMARC. Of course there are a gazillion websites where you can check that stuff too, like mxtoolbox.com and many others. But I find it easiest to just send an email from a questionable account to my Gmail account and then clicking on "Show Original". Mike

Hey Mike, Thanks! What you said is correct. I checked on the cPanel interface, but didn't check other locations. I'll try out some of the things you said! Much thanks!
