    Hey there! I'm not totally sure where that screenshot is coming from. Once you are logged into cPanel, can you visit this URL by adjusting the URL you are logged in with? /jupiter/ssl/install.html For example, the full URL for the main page would be

    Yes, I was able to see the page and it is asking me to purchase new certs. I have already purchased wild card cert from godaddy. It is not allowing me to install my paid cert.

    Thanks for the clarification. You'll need to reach out to your hosting provider as the server owner will have to investigate this issue. There isn't much else you can do as the cPanel account owner as this is one of those things that should just work.

    It's possible that your host has disabled your ability to generate private keys/install SSL certs in cPanel. As @cPRex said, you'll have to contact your host.
