Global Email Filter and Email Filter not working?

Hello. I'm having trouble creating a rule between the global email filter and the email filter. My problem is: I want to create a filter that blocks all emails sent from the internet to domain.com. However, I want to specify some emails like gmail.com send to domain.com successfully. Thank you for your support.

  Hey there! There isn't going to be a way to do this with the mail filter system. This is getting into more advanced territory with the Exim filters themselves as outlined here:

  Hello, If you have root access to the server, you can setup custom filtering in exim to achieve this. One of our client want filter like this and we did as per the following link.
