Problem with recive email on default account

Hello, there is a problem, there is a mimi account, when you create an account it creates a mail account that gets the same name as the name of the account, sending emails from it goes, but receiving emails is already an error, but on other mailboxes that are on the same domain, everything works: This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.   The "default address" in cPanel account is not a real email address, so you can't send emails to it.
