    Hey there! THe method of troubleshooting the issue depends on what the error is when you try to access the site. I would start by checking the Apache logs at /etc/apache2/logs/error_log to see if there is anything helpful there. However, if it is a DNS error or redirect error of some sort, that would take us down a different troubleshooting path.

    for now the cpanel and website running well, after we delete some account in whm. if in the future, there is 150 account/more, how many server's speciifcation should i provide?

    I'm glad to hear things are working well. It's never really possible to say based on just the number of accounts as it only takes one resource-heavy domain to bring down an entire server. If you have a shared server and are worried about resource usage, I would recommend looking into the CloudLinux operating system so you can place limits on individual domains.
