Hey there! That is just letting you know that it will get replaced. You can ignore the message and the system will take care of things automatically for you. 0 -
Hello, Thank you for your explanation. Best regards, Elizabeta 0 -
Shouldn't the message indicate that it will be automatic?

Kenric-Ashe - I believe it does further down in the email.

It does not, which is why we're inquiring about it.
Since it's automated, why are these worrisome emails even sent?

Same problem here.

Kenric-Ashe - thanks for including the full message. If you manually perform the renewal, does that work properly? If so, you could just disable the notification as mentioned at the bottom of the message.

I will not renew it manually because then I would not have confirmation that it is automated.
The message does not state that this specific notification can be disabled, only this type of notification, but there are other notifications of type "Medium" that I do want to receive.
My suggestion is that these misleading notifications should not be sent, because the renewals are automated, or at the very least add an option to disable this specific notification without disabling any others.

Oh! After a closer look at the URL and noticing how it specified SSLCertExpiresSoon (the link wasn't working for me because InMotion has a different way of logging in to root WHM), in Contact Manager I clicked on the Notifications tab where I found that indeed that specific notification can be disabled. Thanks!

Right - you wouldn't have to change everything with that priority, just the specific one you're working with. I'm glad you found that solution!
