MySQL 5.5 -> 5.7 Update problems Help Required

Hello, I am a total idiot and hit update while not understanding how MySQL works, the only thing I can barely figure out is creating subdomains and uploading some files via cpanel. Please help me reverse or finish the update? I just kept hiting continue like an idiot. Applications not built with strict mode enabled may cause undesired behavior; please verify applications using MySQL are compatible before upgrading.   Is MySQL running? service mysqld status or service mysql status

  The server is seriously out of date as version 86 was end-of-life in April 2021. Based on the errors on the screen, it seems like the update failed. If you check WHM >> Service Status, do you see that MySQL is up and running?
