Hey there! It looks like the DNS has propagated at my location. Are you getting the correct IP address for the domain on your end?

I don't understand what you mean, but I have a custom address I don't want to use it for full-time sites I want each site to have its own address

I have a custom address I want every cpanel account on my server to have an IP IP: 194.x.x.133 I own this address I created a new IP, which is IP: 194.x.x.137 I created a sender in CPanel and gave it the custom IP address: 194.x.x.133. Then connect the address 194.x.x.137 and share it with the reseller I created a new CPanel account and linked it to the reseller and gave it the address 194.x.x.137. Didn't work for me Can you tell me or give me educational links about that? I want the first time I create an account under the reseller that it will be automatically given a different address

There is not a way to have that type of configuration in cPanel. You would need to have each website on a dedicated IP address, which would need to be adjusted after the account is created.

From where this is done, you can get an educational link or an educational video

This change would be made in WHM >> Change Site's IP Address

Can you get us more details on what exactly isn't working? Is the site not displaying properly? Does the IP not respond to ping?

I added an IP and its cell is the main IP subscriber And link the new IP to the account in the reseller, but when opening the site alt="1696341335074.png"]https://forums.cpanel.net/attachments/1696341335074-png.84649/

I see that domain is pointed to the .133 IP address in DNS. You would also need to update the DNS manually if that isn't hosted on the cPanel server.

I don't understand, can you explain more to me? Or give me a tutorial link Note that the IP ending in 133, which is the assigned address, is full And it works But I created a new IP, the same as the one allocated, but replaced 133 with 137 It didn't work for me

I did check the DNS and confirmed that is being hosted locally on your cPanel server, so the problem wouldn't be DNS. However, I don't see that the IP addresses are up and running on the system properly, as I can't connect to port 80 on those: # telnet 194.x.x.137 80 Trying 194.163.150.137... telnet: connect to address 194.163.150.137: Connection refused
You'll want to speak to your hosting provider or datacenter to have them check on why those IPs are not responding properly.

I own a vps server Can I solve the problem?

Probably not - the IP may not be properly routed to your machine at the network level.

No, cPanel doesn't allow multiple shared IP addresses.

Ok, I am your mother, a custom address Is it normal for websites to have full subsidiaries and full resellers with the same address?

Yes - I would say a vast majority of cPanel servers run with only one IP address for everything, including all domains and nameservers.

I think this issue is same as mine

I am facing the same issue.

I have 2 public IP in my WHM server.

    IP A is assigned to 5 cpanel accounts V, W, X, Y, Z, out of 5, one is a reseller account X.

IP B is assigned to the reseller X, when reseller X creates an cpanel account named S, IP B is getting assigned to it, but the website of S always gives connection refused.

I can see the port 80 and 443 traffic hitting to my WHM server when I try to open the website, but I can just see Syn / RST packets only. All other websites on IP A is working fine.

If I move Account S out of the reseller account, it works absolutely fine.

    What am I missing here?

It sounds like a problem with the IP configuration on the machine at a deeper level than the cPanel system.  Can you have your datacenter check that network configuration?
