If you have root user access to the server then try the below command: # /script/upcp --force
If you do not have the root user access then report the issue to your hosting provider.

That actually looks alright, but it seems you may be using a very low screen resolution. Could you share your resolution here?

My screen resolution is 1024 x 768. I would like to keep it that way.

Thanks for that information - when I adjust my resolution to that size, I see the same thing, but I also have a horizontal scrollbar on my end so I can move the page horizontally. Can you let me know what OS and browser you're using? My test was on Windows 10 with Firefox.

I guess it is not the screen resolution that is causing it. The screenshot of cPanel as displayed by Firefox 52.9.0 is as shown in the attached image file. No horizontal scroll bar appears anywhere. The OS of my most computers is Windows XP SP3, and the browsers I mostly use is Mypal 68 (based on Firefox 68 to 9x for Windows XP SP 3), sometimes Serpent 2023-09-14 based on Firefox 52.9.0 and developed for Windows XP. I am currently distributing both browsers and am in contact with the developers. The situation with cPanel is the same for both browsers. So I figure something which is required by cPanel is missing from the two browsers. The two browsers used to work perfectly with themes before Jupiter, namely paper lantern and basic. So I need to know where we could test these browsers on cPanel and plus if you know what you additionally come to require after Jupiter if possible. Thousands of Japanese people have been downloading these two browsers from one of my websites. I want the developers to make their browsers right as soon as possible. It is not just my problem.

I'll be completely honest here - there isn't anything we're going to be able to do for tools that old. Those tools are all very old and no longer supported, as the current version of Firefox is 117, so we have no way to get our software working with those older browsers.

I identified the cause of the problem. It is your JavaScript code. When JavaScript is turned off, cPanel looks normal, though, of course, it loses many functions. Those browsers I distribute are not old as they are being developed every day. Serpent, for example, releases a new version every week. Mypal 68 developers say they will update the JavaScript to match that of Firefox 91 soon. Many people have to continue to stick to Windows XP as computers have become very expensive and difficult to buy. In my case, I need eight computers at the same time. If I were to replace them all, it would cost about 8000 USD at least including the cost of software. In fact software is the most expensive parts. You should not expect people to spend 8000 USD every three years to run their personal websites or blogs. If we are to stick to Windows XP, the only problem is browser, and the solution is Mypal 68 or Serpent. Personally, I cannot understand why you guys use incompatible JavaScript code on a page whose basic function is to just present links. I used to use JavaScript until 20 years ago, but I no longer use it. JavaScript comes with WordPress, so I am becoming reluctant to use WordPress these days. We should give priority to compatibility over any other thing. Please use simpler code from now on. Switching to Jupiter did not give me anything but trouble. I do not understand the meaning of Jupiter at all.

Your biggest problem is that Windows XP is not secure.

    >Your biggest problem is that Windows XP is not secure. Yeah. Who said Windows 11 or any latest version of OS is 100% secure?
