Hi - I am familiar with using the Wordpress Toolkit in CPANEL to clone existing sites. But on some sites its adding a www prefix when cloned eg

    Hey there! I'm not able to reproduce Toolkit adding the www prefix. Here are some screenshots of the test I just did, where it does allow me to select the subdomain: Did it not let you manually type in the subdomain you wanted?

    Thanks - but to clarify - the issue is not when I am creating the staging subdomain - its after it has been created - Wordpress Tookit is adding on a www prefix so once created its www.test.jascom.ie So I specify test.jascom.ie but it created www.test.jascom.ie I cant see anyway of editing the domain URL in the Wordpress Toolkit once its created. Update site URL doesnt seem to do anything.

    Do you have root access to the server? I haven't been able to reproduce this, and I can't find any other reports of this on my end, so we may be in uncharted territory. If you have root access, you could submit a ticket to our team, but if you only have cPanel access you'll need to reach out to your host to see why that is happening.

    I have root access but I think its being caused by the initial adding of the domain via WHM. I think on some domains I initially added the domain via List Accounts>Create New Account> .. I included www prefix in the domain name field. But recently I stopped doing this when adding and for those domains the cloning works fine.
