    Your dns records look good. REDACTED URL Do you receive any bounce back mail when you attempt to send/receive email?

    Only after sending from another e-mail to my own e-mail address, it gives the error that the e-mail could not be delivered. No messages sent from any e-mail address reach my e-mail address.

    I couldn't find exactly where and how to do this. Could you please guide me on this? (Note: I can't reach my hosting service provider. They don't get back to me)

    I followed the steps shown one by one but it doesn't work. I need to receive an urgent e-mail regarding my work, but I could not solve the problem. I tried to reach my hosting service provider many times, but they do not respond. I need to solve this problem urgently. Still thank you for your help

    Unfortunately I don't believe there will be anything we can do on our side as it will be up to the host at this point since the issue is likely outside of your server on their network. I'm sorry I can't offer more on my end!
