    Have you checked the site/server level error log? 500 is way too generic to guess what it is without an error log entry

    /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log is always the first place to check when there is an issue in the interface. I'd start there and let us know what you find!

    hello,

    I have the same error, but it is with particular files the strange thing is that it says error 500 but it loads the file.

    ctorres - do you see any additional details in the cPanel log?
