Is it OK to use Ubuntu's "Expanded Security Maintenance for Applications"?

Hello, SSH login to my cPanel's Ubuntu server states at the session start banner - "Expanded Security Maintenance for Applications is not enabled". It is part of Ubuntu's ubuntu-advantage-tools (More details in the links below). Is it OK by cPanel to install and use it alongside cPanel?

  Canonical, Ubuntu's sponsor, gives "a personal subscription for free on up to 5 machines, or 50 if you are an official Ubuntu Community member.", so I guess the above Ubuntu feature is mostly free.

  Hey hey! According to Ubuntu, "Security maintenance for the entire collection of software packages shipped with Ubuntu." Since that is the case, I wouldn't expect it to interfere with cPanel.
