Good morning, How to deactivate the all sending of emails via php scripts for a specific cpanel account from whm ? Thank you

  This can be done globally only in WHM under SMTP Restrictions option.

  There is only the global option - I'm not aware of any specific tools that would limit this for just one account.

  you can also suspend the smtp service for an account with the below command

   

  whmapi1 --output=jsonpretty suspend_outgoing_email user=your_username
