    I understand! As it is a simple matter, I was avoiding creating a ticket for this issue in question. But I will open the ticket as informed! However, taking advantage of this, would there be an easy way to manually clean the email files that remained on the main server?

    Please post the ticket number here once you have it so I can follow along. I'm not aware of a way to manually remove the files - since it's something that shouldn't need to happen, I don't have a process in place for this that I can guarantee is safe.
