Hello, only reason could be you are sending from domain alias with envelope DKIM record. DKIM record has to be from "From" and not from "Envelope". cPanel need a kind of DKIM CNAMES, changing d=domain.tld to d=aliasdomain.tld default._domainkey.aliasdomain.tld CNAME default._domainkey.domain.tld Maybe I am wrong ?
