Disable cPanel login redirecting to hostname

Hello, When I access cPanel login using domain.com:2083 it redirect me to hostname hostname.domain.com:2083 I want to disable this and never redirect to hostname. I tried Tweak Settings => Redirection and nothing changed. What should I do?

  Hey there! There's three options on the page that need to be considered. To never redirect to the hostname you would want the following: 1 - Choose the closest matched domain for which that the system has a valid certificate when redirecting from non-SSL to SSL URLs. Formerly known as "Always redirect to SSL/TLS" - Off 2 - Non-SSL redirect destination - Origin domain name 3 - SSL redirect destination - Origin domain name If you have those in place and are still experiencing the redirection, could you try a different browser to confirm the issue is still happening?

  I did that and it still redirect to hostname.

  And the hostname keep loops ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

  That's odd, as that should be all that is required. Did you confirm this happens in a separate browser as well, so it's not just cached data? If so, it might be best to open a ticket so we can see why the redirection is still happening.
