Email Deliverability Issue
The system uses an alternate HELO of "domain_name" when sending mail from the "domain_name" domain.
There is no reverse DNS configured for the IP address () that the system uses to send this domain"s outgoing email.
To fix this problem, contact your system administrator and request that they create the following PTR record at "ns1.digitalocean.com", "ns2.digitalocean.com", and "ns3.digitalocean.com":

okay when i Add the Suggested "PTR" (PTR) Record my cloud flare show the DNS Validation Error (Code: 1004) DNS name is invalid. Please can anyone provide a solution .Thank you

thank you for reply. you mean i contact to digital ocean for this issue. i don't think so they help me. i am using cloud flare with digitalocean+cpanel package I think issue with cloud flare what do you suggest me? because they give me PTR record to add in cloud flare but Cloud flare does not accept it 0 -
Yes, contact Digital Ocean. Even though your DNS is managed through Cloudflare, you do not control the system that handles the reverse DNS records. 0 -
