you can also try to add 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 1.1.1.1 google nameservers and cloudflare instead of the IP's from provider or from WHM > this is the DNS Resolvers, sometimes are better for connection time outs rather than Provider resolvers. you can write down your IP from provider and save them.. and try changing to google and cloudflare primary can be 8.8.8.8 secondary can be 8.8.4.4 Tertiary Resolver 1.1.1.1 you can try this and see if you still have issues..0 -
Hello thanks, i do the change i will see :) I need to reboot ? 0 -
I selected the queued mail to relaunch But it still blocking 0 -
i set the resolver 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 but the system reset by default 0 -
Even after changing the resolvers, are you not able to make that connection to the Google mailservers? If so, you'll want to speak with your provider as it seems something is blocking your connection on the network. 0 -
There may be an issue with ISP as well. Some ISPs may block port 25. If this is the case, use port 587 instead. Ports 465 and 588 may also work, but test 465 first with SSL enabled to ensure secure transmission. SSL will not be supported by 588. 0
