Imunify does not scan more than one account

    Hey there! Do you see any helpful entries in /var/log/imunify360/error.log? That directory path will still exist with that name even with the free version.

    Thanks for the additional details. I'm not finding anything for this particular error on my end so it might be best to submit a ticket on this one so our team can take a look.
