Account password has been changed

Wonder if anyone can help. it appears my email account has been hacked with the password changed... i cant login or go to customer portal because i dont have the correct PW. when i put the correct PW in it states the following - "unable to log in invalid IMAP username and/or password. Please check your IMPA username and password and try again. i have double check this several times. its logged me out of my phone, laptop and ipad... i cant find anyway to contact Cpanel.. the account administrator is no longer contactable too as i have had this account for over 20 years.

Hey there! It sounds like you don't have root access to the system, so there won't be much we can do on our end. The best advice would be for you to reach out to wherever you are paying your hosting bill, as they would have access to the system and they would be able to help you restore your login.
