Best way to migrate new server

Hello. help is needed. I'm new to cpanel. We need to migrate the server from CentOS 7 to Almalinux. I installed a new cpanel on Almalinux and activated the trial license. What is my next steps? What is the best way for me to transfer all accounts and settings to a new server? Should I use the transfer tool or is there some other way? What is the best way?

  I plan to migrate from v100.0.12 to 114.0.12

  You should use transfer tool. First make sure you transfer Service Configurations and then the accounts so you can be sure that the new server is matching the config of the old server as much as possible. Please also note that PHP 5 is not available under AlmaLinux (unless you have CloudLinux too) so move all accounts to at least PHP 7 before transferring them over.
