Forums Migration Update

Hello everyone! As you all are likely aware, tomorrow, 28 November, is when we plan to move the Forums into our internal Zendesk platform. We have tried to make this change as seamless as possible for everyone, but I just wanted to outline my plan for tomorrow so everyone is clear on when things will be happening. 28 November Mid-day: We will be performing our final data sync. This means I will stop replying to any new posts/approvals/moderations/etc so we can ensure all the data is moved over properly to the new system. 7PM US Central time: We will change the DNS to direct forums.cpanel.net to point to our internal instance. At this point, these Xenforo forums will be offline and unreachable. You all know me - I'm a realist, and while we've done a TON of work in the background to ensure this goes smoothly, there will almost certainly be minor hiccups with the process, so please be patient tomorrow, especially during any DNS propagation time. There may be a period where the Forums are not reachable at all while the switch happens. There will also be new features available that we lack here (such as the ability to create a support ticket with one click!) and features that will be missed (no option for private messages) so we'll all be getting used to things together.
