I've tried all of the steps here - How to Rebuild Corrupted User Data Files in cPanel but it has made no difference

Since I can't change the domain name I added it added as a parked domain. Then I tried to get Let's Encrypt to install a cert on the parked domain but I got the errors 6:23:33 PM WARN stat(/var/cpanel/userdata/xxx/cache) as UID 1111: Permission denied at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Config/userdata/Cache.pm line 163. WARN Local HTTP DCV error (parked.domain): You do not have a document root for the domain "parked.domain". So I'm stymied by the same permission problem

Hey there! /var/cpanel/userdata itself should be 711 and root:root. The user directories inside /userdata should be 750 and root:username. Files inside /var/cpanel/userdata/username are all 644 root:root. I'd start by confirming those permissions and owernships are indeed correct. If they are, it's likely time for a ticket.
