Problem accessing email

Hey there! Without root access to the server, your hosting provider (I assume this is TSO?) would be the best ones to help. That being said, I would expect the exact same settings to work on a mobile device as I would a desktop. The email has no knowledge of the device being used. I'm wondering if there is a network issue on the phone that blocks the connection. If you connect your phone to a wifi hotspot, does that allow you to connect? 0 -

Thank-you for your suggestion. I'm afraid after about 20 hours I'm all done on trying various things myself at the direction of the TSO host or outlook help desk to fix this. The thing I really need is to find a person best qualified to help me in person - the old fashioned way. So my principal request to the community is to ask for a recommendation for such a person/organization - any suggestions please in the UK London Gatwick area please?
Ps. Also i don't really understand the relationship between TSO host and CPanel..are they not part of the same organization?

No, I have no idea what TSO is. We, cPanel, provide the software that runs on your server, but we have no affiliation with whatever TSO is.
You likely aren't going to find a local person here either - if you really need in-person support you'd be much better off contacting local IT support companies.
