AutoSSL in my site not working automatically

Hello, AutoSSL in my site not working automatically. In order to create a new certificate I have to delete the .htaccess file and the .well-known file. Then run certificate update through whm. What is the solution to make the certificate renew automatically?. thanks

  Hey there! Do you have any redirects in your .htaccess? The AutoSSL system can't process a certificate when the site is redirected, so that is the most likely issue based on your explanation.

  You'll have to remove the redirect in order to have AutoSSL process the certificate. There's no way around that, unfortunately.
