    Hey there!  I'm not able to help with custom Exim filters on my end so I can't say for sure what the solution would be.  It would be odd for the cPanel user to receive an error about an incoming message, so I'm not clear on who is receiving that error.

    I resolved this by using 'seen finish' as the action in the exim helper filter file. Thanks
