Cannot unistall cpanel-dovecot-solr-8.11.2-8.8.1.cpanel.noarch

I'm trying to remove cpanel-dovecot-solr-8.11.2-8.8.1.cpanel.noarch. I go to the cpanel plugin manager and click the uninstall button.

Any help would be great on how to remove this.

I get this error:
