Exim changing sender name

Hello.  When I send an email from cpanel server and look at the exim code for the transaction, I see something similiar to the following for a successful send.  Note: the sender names is changed by something, presumably exim, into a coded-type of name:

See bolded, below.  Everything else in the pasted transaction is normal.

What is that about?

  Hey there!  Was there supposed to be more than just the one "id" line in your post?  I'm not seeing much context to help me see what is happening here.

  The snippet below are the full smtp transactions with a lot of information obscured except the string that refers to "camel".  I'm just wondering is this standard practice to identiry the id of an email with such strings like blablabla.camel@domain.com
