web mail error

hi.. we selected mailserver courier .. we receiving message only ......not going ... please help

    @cPanelMichael we are using trial version whmcpanel ... md@domain.com it receiving messages successfully ... but we try sending message getting output sent message successfully ..but it doesn't reach destination ....... please help ...me

    Hello, I will suggest you check your server /var/log/exim_mainlog log file. You will get more valuable info of your mail issues.

    Please search the /var/log/exim_mainlog file for the problematic email account using the "exigrep" utility. EX: exigrep username@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Look for any specific errors related to the mail delivery. Thank you.

    It looks like that Yahoo mail server may be blocking connections from your server. You can verify this with a command such as: telnet mta5.am0.yahoodns.net 25

    Yes, it's possible that remote mail servers such as Google or Yahoo are blocking your server. They may have detected your server as a source of SPAM. Assuming you can send to other mail servers successfully, you may need to contact the remote mail servers that are blocking you or follow their bulk senders guidelines. Thank you.
