Hello :) You can browse to the "RBLS" tab in "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Exim Configuration Manager" and utilize the following option: "Whitelist: IP addresses that should not be checked against RBLs" You will need to determine which IP address is used for email for a domain name as this field is intended for IP addresses. Thank you.

Benito - not directly with cPanel tools.  Another user posted a solution at https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/19162854899479-Whitelisting-RBL-domains with more details, but it involves manual work with Exim and isn't something we test.

Thanks, yes, I had seen it but I prefer not to touch there.

Unfortunately that's the only option I have in this situation.

Hello cPRex, do you know if CIDR addressing is allowed in RBL IP Whitelist?

Hey there!  It does work - I tested this on my personal machine:

Updating “Whitelist: IP addresses that should not be checked against RBLs” from “” to “1.2.3.4/18”.
“Whitelist: IP addresses that should not be checked against RBLs” was updated.

If that doesn't work well for you, let me know!

Yes, it works! I did it a few days ago and forgot to update the thread. Thanks!

Thanks for confirming that all is well.  I've also created an internal documentation case (DOCS-369) to get this page updated with that information so it will be easier to find in the future:
