Cloudlinux kernel installation fails (grubby fatal error: unable to find a suitable template)

  This usually means that the old kernels in grub.conf are not available on filesystem If you would like: contact our helpdesk.cloudlinux.com, and they will help you out with this issue.

  Hello iseletsk, Thanks for your reply. Yes the vps was booting from external kernel.
